A Memorandum of Co-operation between International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR), International Council of Consultants (ICC) and Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) to jointly work towards strengthening the ADR movement in the country was signed on 15th June, 2005 by Mr. B.S.Saluja, Secretary-General of ICADR, Mr. Chander Verma, President, ICC and Mr. P.R. Swarup, Director-General, CIDC. A Standing Steering Group has been constituted to operationalise this MOC.
The ICADR continues to have Cooperation Agreements with the following Foreign
Organisations:
- The Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the World Intellectual Property Organisation of Geneva.
- The Thai Arbitration Institute, Bangkok.
- The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, Seoul (Korea) and
- The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London.
The said Agreements cover three areas, namely, mutual exchange of information, mutual assistance in the conduct of proceedings and mutual assistance in organizing training and other activities.
